My preference for client communication is email and toll-free fax to and from my desktop, and I respond to existing client's requests within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of paperwork.  Fee arrangements are negotiable, but include both contingency and hourly fees, with a minimum cost retainer of $300.00 per suit to cover filing and service costs.

I have 30 years experience as a trial attorney, have appeared in trial courts in more than 50 counties, and have argued before the Michigan Court of Appeals more than 30 times, and the Michigan Supreme Court 3 times. Back problems have caused me to limit extended court appearances and extensive travel, making the collection work I began in 2003 ideal for the second half of my career.
